Refunds are available for most products except for frames.
Refunds can only be issued for items purchased directly from Memobrick. If you purchased our product through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their refund policy.

3. Inspection and Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $20.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.
4. Refund Issuance
Once the inspection is complete and the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Frames: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for frames. Frames are considered final sale items and are non-refundable.
