Which photos work best?
One clear subject filling most of the frame, lit from the front or the side. Busy backgrounds turn to noise at this resolution — crop in close with the slider above, and check the result at arm's length rather than nose-to-screen.
Will it look like the preview?
Yes, allowing for the fact that screens vary in brightness and color. The proof we email is generated from the same color matching you're using here.
Does my photo leave my computer?
Not in this Creator — the mosaic is built entirely in your browser. The image is only sent when you place an order or request a proof.
Are the bricks compatible with the ones I own?
Yes. Standard 1×1 plates and standard baseplates. Our palette runs to 40 named colors, each with its own ID, well beyond what any official mosaic set offers, which is what lets skin tones and shadows look right.
How long does shipping take?
Kits are made to order and normally dispatch in 1–2 business days, then travel by tracked post. Order tracking lives on the main site.
What if a brick is missing?
Send us the color name and count from your parts list and replacements go out free, for as long as you own the kit.

✦ Why does this matter? ✦
MemoBrick turns your photo into tiny bricks. These three things help us capture the most detail and get the best result.
Seven moves that fix almost everything
- Crop in first. Use + and drag the picture until the subject fills the board. Do this before anything else — every other setting depends on it.
- Can't bear to crop? Hit Fit whole photo and choose a border brick. The margin becomes part of the design instead of a bad crop.
- Leave Auto levels on. It rescues flat, hazy and underexposed phone photos before a single brick is chosen. Turn it off only if your photo is already graded.
- Push Detail to 40–60% for faces. It sharpens at stud resolution, which is what keeps eyes and jawlines readable. Drop it near 0 for logos and flat graphics.
- Keep Blend shades around 70–85% for people. It mixes neighbouring bricks into shades we don't stock. For type, logos or bold graphics, drop it to 0 for clean edges.
- Judge it with Step-back view. Mosaics are built up close and looked at from across a room. Nose-to-screen is the wrong distance to make decisions at.
- Fix the last few studs by hand. Touch up bricks lets you place individual bricks — an eye that's gone soft or a stray dark stud on a cheek takes about thirty seconds.
